Personal information

Personal information includes all information that can be attributed to you in any way. When you use our website, we collect and process some of this information. This happens, for example, when accessing the content in general, if you sign up for our newsletter, participate in competitions or surveys, register as a user or subscriber, or otherwise use the services or make purchases via the website.

To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and input the information yourself, we may also process: your name, telephone number, e-mail address, physical address, and payment information. Safety

We process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable legislation, including the GDPR and the Danish Data Protection Act. Your information will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected. Once these purposes have been fulfilled or are no longer relevant, your information will be deleted.

We have taken technical and organisational measures against your information accidentally or unlawfully being deleted, published, lost, degraded, made known to unauthorised parties, misused, or otherwise handled in violation of applicable laws.

Purpose

This information is used to identify you as a user and show you the advertisements which are most likely to be relevant to you, to record your purchases and payments, and to be able to offer services you have requested, such as the delivery of a newsletter. We also use this information to optimise our services and content.

Storage period

The data is stored for the period permitted by law, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to give a general time frame for the deletion of data.

Disclosure of data

Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc., is passed on to third parties to the extent that this data is known. These third parties are listed in the section above regarding cookies. The data is used to target advertising.

We additionally use a number of third parties to store and process data. They process this information exclusively on our behalf and are not authorised to use the information for their own purposes.

Disclosure of personal data, such as name, email address, etc., will only take place if you consent to it. We use only data processors in the EU or in other countries where your information will be sufficiently protected.

Insight and complaints

You have the right to know what of your personal information we process, and to receive it in a common format (data portability). Additionally, you can object to the use of this information at any time. You can also withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information. If the data processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it rectified or deleted. These inquiries can be sent to info@erik-petersen.dk. If you wish to file a complaint about the processing of your personal information, you may also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
